I believe in the power of expressing emotions, understanding patterns and exploring deeply held beliefs

I hold space as a tool for liberation — a place to explore your story, connect with your values, and imagine new possibilities.

About Me

I draw on my multicultural background, queer perspective, and experience across a wide range of professional environments to honor the complexity of contradiction and in-betweens. My work is a collaborative process of exploration, meaning-making, and change.

Above all, I want you to feel empowered in your journey toward healing and wholeness.

I anchor in a psychodynamic framework and draw from Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and other modalities to suit the needs of each client or space. An awareness of identity, power structures, and oppressive systems is foundational to my work. I also integrate trauma-informed, mindfulness-based, and embodiment practices, centering safety, connection, and joy.

Before becoming a therapist, I studied physics, worked in finance, and spent time in both startups and non-profits.

These experiences give me insight into the realities of corporate life as well as the demands of activist and community spaces.

Outside of work, I’ve been practicing yoga for over 10 years, love the satisfaction of crossing something off a to-do list, and feel most peaceful when looking up at a full moon.
